We provide review and oversight of the Corrective Action Programs. Development and oversight of Cause Analysis Review Board. Our personnel have performed senior level oversight and technical review of various root cause analysis and cause analysis investigations. Our personnel have been responsible for mentoring the organization to reinforce improved standards and expectations. We identify areas of weakness and ensure that each product exhibits a high degree of technical accuracy and assurance of nuclear safety. Our personnel participate in root cause teams performing investigations, identifying corrective action program weaknesses and helping instill rigor in engineering products. Our engineering team has been responsible for performing the following tasks:
